SpamGuard can be turned off by the list owner (maybe moderators too,
depending on which level of "powers" they've been granted)

I turned it off on my Beating a Dead Horse site last night. Just
had to go into Management and Messages, then un-select the
SpamGuard button in the far right column.

BTW Dave ... baked beans are off
